I can’t stand it. It’s a societal norm to use these age markers like, “Well, at your age…” But I don’t even know what that means.’ Aniston proudly shared that she is in better shape now than she was in her twenties. She feels more confident in mind, body, and spirit, and believes she is 100% better overall.
